Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Refuse Delivery If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.

International Shipping. We are currently only shipping to the US.

USPS Claims

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a UPS claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact UPS about any loss or delivery disputes. 

Quality Guarantee

Tausi Brands promises your Tausi Cover shall be free from defects in materials, design, workmanship and has been inspected prior to reaching you.  Should you have any concerns with your product please contact us at support@tausibrands.com and follow the procedure as outlined in our Refund Policy (look below).

Refund Policy

If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of the product for a full refund. No exceptions can be made. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. *The original shipping, if any, is not refunded.

To Initiate A Return
  • 1.

    Email us – hello@tausibrands.com with the subject “Return”, please include your order number and name within the email so our representatives can better locate your order to initiate the process.

  • 2.

    Repack the product in the original packaging with all packaging.

  • 3.

    Print the PDF of the RMA label that will be emailed to you and affix to the outside of box containing the product.

  • 4.

    Ship the packaged product with RMA label on the outside to:

  • 5. Once we have received the returned item(s) we will send a notice of refund and refund your purchase through your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
    • a. If your return has been delivered and your refund has not been processed please contact us at hello@tausibrands.com with your order number. A customer service representative will reply to you within 48 hours.
Final Sale
    1. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
    Exchanges
    1. If you believe you received a color or design you did not order please contact hello@tausibrands.com and a representative will contact you within 48 hours to help resolve the matter.
    Gifts
    1. Any gift purchase return will follow the same process as a standard purchase.
    Cancellations
    1. Cancellations are only possible if you cancel prior to shipment of your order. Otherwise a cancellation will be handled as a refund following the procedure under Refund Policy.
